Director Mike Persi

Trying to make a sound of his own, Mike Persi set out to make the student short “All Access”. Inspired and exaggerated by the world of Film and Video Productions, “All Access” is intentionally a self reflexive comedy that pits pride against redundancy. Being an actual member of the very world he depicts in the movie, Mike approached the short with a considerable amount of respect and great faith in the work of his cast and crew. With a passion for the camera department and the general workings of on set productions, Mike made this movie in hopes of paying homage to the work and efforts of his peers now and in the future.

Mike is a recent graduate of the Cal State Long Beach Film and Electronic Arts Film and Video Production Option. Within this program, Mike took great interest in production as a Camera Operator and Assistant. Throughout his time at CSULB he worked along side a group of talented and dedicated film makers. Currently, Mike works with a small government access station, as well as various production and editing jobs. In the future he aims to hone his skills as a Camera Operator and continue to work with creative and passionate professionals.
